What our company is about.
Switzerland has a unique culture with its direct democracy and neutrality. Our mission is to find a way to support an independent Switzerland, protected from external influence. Not by isolation, but by working together with our international partners. A collaborative defence to protect our democracy, culture, and people from the intangible threats that we face in cyberspace today and in the future.
Cybercon works towards this vision with two approaches:
Educating about Threats
Cyber threats are not as clear as they used to be. Besides educating about the shiny new capabilities of adversaries, we also show the opportunity and intent the adversaries have to target our society and organisations.
Contribute to Collective Defence
Together with our clients and partners we work on projects to strengthen our collaboration to defend. We have our unique strengths and experiences, we let you know if we are the right ones for the job. If not, we will recommend someone we trust.

We don't believe in rushing through tasks or leaving loose ends. We're recognized for our ability to understand the full spectrum of challenges of our field. We use our extensive experience and skills to anticipate and tackle obstacles before they even arise. But we don't just stop at planning; action is key. We initiate projects with a clear vision, and we're versatile enough to adapt to new situations as they unfold. Cyber Defence Services
Providing our client’s organisation with effective advice and support to protect themselves from external influence through attacks or more subtle digital means. Together, we build the infrastructure and skills required to prevent, detect and respond against the threats they face.
Training and Simulation
Delivering training to develop hands on skills and designing simulations to keep them sharp. Our clients learn more about the threats that the society faces and build up the skill set of their team. We have the experience, skills, and partners to deliver customised training, based on our client’s needs.
